​Neat, albeit clearly vintage, piece.  The outside is brass, whilst the inside is brushed tin.  We believe this might just be hand made based on the overall lack of workmanship on the handles.  This piece also appears to be signed, but alas, even with a jeweler's loop, we can not make out what is should say.  The bottom is quite dented and is not flat, it has a significant 'rock'.  The inside is in pretty good shape, but again, there are numerous scratches, dents, etc.  The lid is quite snug and should be reasonably air tight.  The handle are firmly attached.  A couple of small dings and dents, but again, certainly nothing unusual from a vintage piece.  We would suggest a bit of a cleanup, but some folks are very particular about patina, so we shall leave it up to you to decide.

The humidor, excluding the lid, stands 4.5" high and measures 4.5" across the rim.
