SHIPPING:  We ship from Lewiston, NY once a week, via USPS. This allows us to preclear US Customs on your behalf as well as use the speed and efficiency of USPS!

For Canadian customers we ship through Canada Post on a daily basis.

Please note the vast majority of our items were acquired at an Estate Auction / Sale and have been previously owned and enjoyed and should not be considered new. Important Shipping Information!

 

Canada:  All items purchased for delivery to a Canadian Address (residential or business) will be delivered through Canada Post, using Expedited Parcel.

 

USA:  All items purchased for delivery to USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) will be sent through United States Postal Service.  If the package is one pound or less we will send it Priority Mail.  However, if the package is over two (2) pounds your parcel will be sent Parcel Post.

 

International:  (all countries except USA and Canada):  All items purchased for delivery international will be sent through United States Postal Service.  If the package is four (4) pounds or more (up to 20 pound maximum) we will send it Priority Mail International. If the package is less than 4 pounds we will send it First Class International. 

 

REFUND / RETURN POLICY!

 

In the event that damage might occur during shipping, upon the receipt of a photo of the damage, we will immediately issue a full refund.

 

In the event an item has been received, that you are not happy with, for whatever reason, upon the return of the item, in the same condition as sent, we will issue a full refund we will immediately issue a full refund, less 15% (of purchased price) restocking fee.

In order to facillitate processing of your order we must obtain personal information, please be advised this information IS NOT SHARED with any unauthorized third parties, we do not sell 'lists' or your personal information, we will NOT share this information with ANYONE that does not require it by law, by this we mean, potentially the only third party we may be required to provide information to would be the Government of Ontario / Canada for taxation audits or reviews.
